Terms and Conditions Introduction Welcome to the C&W Janitorial family. By signing up for our membership plan and using our online booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. Membership Plan Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to exclusive discounts, priority booking, and access to special promotions. Subscription Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled by the member at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Booking Appointments Online Booking: Members can book their appointments online through our website. Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment. Please review the details carefully. Service Availability: All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to refuse service at any time due to any situation we deem nessecary. Payment Terms Service Fees: The fees for services booked through the membership plan are due at the time of booking. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. Liability Damage and Loss: We are not responsible for any damage or loss of property that occurs during the provision of our services. Service Quality: While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements. Cancellation Policy Member Cancellations: Members can cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the service fee. Business Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled date or a full refund. Termination Termination by Member: Members can cancel their membership at any time through their online account. No refunds will be issued for the remaining membership period. Termination by Business: We reserve the right to terminate memberships.
